CP the ARTIST
Hello All
My name is Charlton Palmer, aka "CP the ARTIST". I'm an artist here in Atlanta, Ga.
I do freelance work for small business, corporations, etc. My goal is to have my work, in your home.
I do Digital Paintings. DP (Digital Painting) is painting with out paint or a canvas. It all done in Photoshop. I then print the final image on paper canvas or photo paper. DP is my specialty.
